Preparation & Instructions

Nutritional information:

1 capsule contains 1g of bicarbonate.

Recommended intake:

Take 0.2g to 0.3g of bicarb per 1kg of body weight.
1 capsule contains 1g of bicarbonate.

Step 1: Take 60% of the total amount approximately 3 hours before exertion, preferably with a meal.

Step 2: Take the remaining 40% of the total amount approximately 1 hour before exertion, ideally with a light meal, e.g. an energy bar or our Pacemaker Pro or Elite Drink Mix.

Safety information:

Keep out of reach of small children. Do not exceed the stated daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a dry place.
